SENIOR PASTOR ADAM CARTER SR.
is passionate about building strong, motivating relationships with individuals and communities. His mission is to help others grow in their purpose,

experience God's love, and be a light in every community he encounters.

Known for his transparency and heartfelt teaching, Pastor Adam shares the Word of God in a
way that’s both powerful and relatable. His personal testimony and honest approach make
spiritual truths accessible and meaningful for people from all walks of life.

Pastor Adam studied at Indiana University Southeast (Journalism), and Boyce College (Biblical
and Theological Studies). He is presently a student at Berkeley School of Theology pursing his
Master’s of Divinity.

He currently serves as Senior Pastor of More Than Conquerors Christian Church, Youth
Director for the Central District Baptist Association, and Chaplain for the West End Boys School
and Kentucky’s Department of Corrections. A leader in both ministry and community outreach, Adam has served in various leadership roles,
founded the “Beat The Streets Midnight Basketball League,” and owns two local businesses in
Southern Indiana.

He lives in Louisville, KY, with his wife of 20 years, Ramonda, and their three children: Nylaia,
Haidyn, and Adam Jr.
Adam enjoys sports, traveling, and building lasting relationships that uplift and inspire.
